Shea Sanche, CFP®, is the Founder & CEO of Insight Planning Wealth Management and has worked as a financial advisor since 1999. He specializes in financial planning, retirement strategy, and wealth management for Canadian families, business owners, and incorporated professionals.

His work focuses on helping clients navigate complex financial decisions involving retirement, taxation, corporate structures, and long-term wealth planning. Shea’s approach centers on simplifying complexity, improving financial clarity, and building decision frameworks that support durable long-term outcomes rather than short-term optimization.

Shea is the creator of Insight 360 OS, a decision and life-design system developed to help clients manage financial complexity, uncertainty, and major life transitions. The system emphasizes judgment, structure, and long-term alignment rather than product-driven financial advice.

Shea’s interest in business and finance began early. At age 12, he started a video game rental business in Manitoba, developing an early understanding of entrepreneurship and customer service. His passion for financial planning was shaped in part by personal experience, including the loss of his father at a young age — an event that reinforced the importance of thoughtful planning and long-term decision making.

Today, Shea works with individuals and families across Canada, helping them make clearer, more confident financial decisions. Outside of his professional work, he values time with his family and is a father of three.
