Kyla has spent the majority of her career assisting C-Suite Executives in scaling their organizations. She has a servant’s heart, is an organization aficionado, and is obsessed with client success. Kyla is always looking to improve processes and increase efficiencies to support operations from behind the scenes.

Kyla was born and raised in the Okanagan Valley, BC, where she played competitive soccer and volleyball. On the weekend you can find her camping with her husband and their two daughters, or wine tasting at the local vineyards.
